IPME Corp (“IPME,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates the website ipme.biz. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us through this website, and how we handle the text messages (SMS) we send to IPME employees and site supervisors about their projects.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect information only when you give it to us:

  • General inquiry form: first and last name, email address, phone number and your message.
  • Request for proposal form: first and last name, email address, phone number, project start and end dates and your project description.
  • Email you send to us directly.
  • Mobile phone numbers of IPME employees and site supervisors who opt in to project text messages (see “Text Messages (SMS)” below).

When you submit a form, our system also records the time of submission and a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your IP address. We use these only to detect and block spam and abuse.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

  • Google reCAPTCHA: this site uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect hardware and software information and set cookies, and sends this data to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts and jQuery: your browser loads fonts and a script library from Google’s servers, which reveals your IP address to Google.

We do not use web analytics, advertising networks or tracking pixels on this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use information you submit through this website only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request for proposal
  • Communicate with you about your project
  • Follow up on an active or potential business relationship
  • Protect this website and our systems against spam and abuse

We do not use your information for automated marketing or profiling.

Text Messages (SMS)

IPME sends operational text messages about material orders and deliveries for IPME projects.

  • Who receives them: only IPME employees and site supervisors working on IPME projects. We do not send text messages to the public, and we do not send marketing text messages.
  • How you opt in: your opt-in is recorded by your IPME project manager or during onboarding. We then send you a text message confirming your enrollment.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies with project activity.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
  • Help: reply HELP, ask your IPME project manager, or contact us at sales@ipme.biz or 706-510-6530.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Messages are delivered through our SMS service provider, which uses your number only to deliver our messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Service providers that run systems on our behalf (for example, our email, SMS and spam-protection providers), only as needed to provide those services to us
  • Legal obligations: if required by law, regulation or valid legal process
  • Business protection: to protect the rights, property or safety of IPME, our employees or others

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period after that, in line with standard business record keeping. Records kept for spam protection are kept only as long as needed for that purpose. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights”).

Data Security

This website and its forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we keep, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask whether we hold information about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information
  • Opt out of future communications from us

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
